How many heart tests are enough???

Hi guys,
I've been following this forum for years. this has been my go to place for comfort at times of panic. I too suffer from PVCs, ectopic beats, you name it. feels like my heart has a mind of its own. I also suffer from anxiety. i almost dont know which came first, the palpitations or the anxiety. I have had many EKGs, blood tests and an echo done. all came back ok. and im told to de stress. recently, ive been having bad episodes where i get a weird beat every few minutes. im afraid the doctors keep misdiagnosing me. ive read on here some people find out they have SVT after having palps for years. can you develop something worse from these pesky palpitations? I feel like the more i have them, the weaker my heart will get. do i push for more testing? a stress test perhaps? or just take comfort that after all the tests so far, nothing major came up?
I was thinking of having a baby in a few years (im 31) but read palpitations can worsen with pregnancy. so now i dont even know if i can do it. i cant imagine carrying another human, when your heart has to work even harder when youre pregnant. anyone have healthy pregnancies even with their almost constant PVCs and weird beats.? any advice you have please help me. i cannot even sleep, just holding my chest and praying they stop.

I am more likely to get palpitations just before my period or when I am ovulating so hormones definitely can affect them. Do you keep a note of when they happen? If not keep a diary of your period and when you get your palpitations. It may also be an idea to keep a diary of what and when you eat and drink as maybe you have a food intolerance or possibly a hiatus hernia, both of which can give you palpitations.
A stress echo would be a more accurate reading or a CT coronary angiogram. Do you get any other symptoms like chest pain or breathing problems?

thank you for the reply. i am more likely to get them with my period ive noticed. i dont have any pain with them, or dizziness. im going to call the doctor today. and get a few more tests done. how bad do your palptations have to be before your doctor considers an ablation? i almost just want to get it done and be done with it. but i dont tjink its that simple

I think you have to be diagnosed with a heart condition eg; atrial fibrillation or SVT to be considered for an ablation. How long do the palpitations go on for?
Have you been offered a holter monitor? If your palpitations are cyclical, it may be a good idea to get a 14 day one because then even if your periods aren't 100% regular, you can make sure it is going to be in that time frame where your palpitations will be the worst.
