How many of you suffer from dizziness and vertigo like this?

Posted , 3 users are following.

initially I believe I had vestibular neuritis or vestibular migrain.

when that went away, every month for (two months anyway) I've had BPPV type vertigo that just comes on and lasts for several days.

last time it came on last when I was receiving a massage.

I was flat down on the bed, face down, and when I got back up I got dizziness.

it persisted everytime I looked upwards or downwards, and stayed like that for several days, gradually getting better each day but being worse in the morning when I got out of bed.

can anyone relate?

thanks
