How much and for how long do I need to eat gluten before being tested for antibodies?

I feel like I may have a gluten intolerance. I eat low-carb and try to avoid gluten, however I do eat it a few times a week (such as bread when I go to a restuarant or on the weekends.) Is this enough gluten to show up on a Ab test? Or do I need to eat more for longer?

Thank you.

You need to keep eating normally as you can , it's only way to get correct outcome .

I had bloods done and it was elevated in antibodies Wheat ,Barley etc NHS if in UK won't go far in testing due to costings .

I've just read my response and realised auto-correct as changed my response.  It should read;-

"You need to eat gluten for 6 weeks on a daily basis. However, blood tests are not very reliable and a colonoscopy (with biopsies) gives more reliable results."
