How much fiber to eat and how many times to poop in a day?

So this is my sixth week with a possible fissure (photos attached below). Sharp pain during bowel movement and for a couple hours after. I was getting better (on high fiber and sitz baths), but unfortunately seem to have relapsed a couple days back due to constipation out of the blue.

My question is this - I've been taking stool softener, fiber supplement, and a high-fiber diet. All this makes me want to go twice in a day, but I've been making myself go just once (in the morning). However, during the morning poop, it seems like the initial poop is hard and hurts quite a bit, and then the latter half of the poop is soft and easier to pass. Which makes it seem like the poop that wanted to get out last night has become hard by morning. Should I be expelling it at night before bed? My fear is that going twice in a day would not give the tear time to heal over 24 hours.
