Hi ladies,
I just had word catherer procedure 2 months ago on left side. Is there anyone who just got it once and then never got it again. Please help and share what you did, what helped, any lifestyle changes. After just 2 months I've started feeling mild pinching pain on both sides. Immediately, I touch the area to see if it's back, but not. Please help

Mine did return, but I've been told that there's nothing you can do, either way - it's just the luck of draw.
Basically, nothing you do is to blame, on the upside. On the downside, it means you can't prevent it either.
Just et checkups to make sure you don't have an STI.
