How quick is the 2nd outbreak?

Hello i am 27 year male, I had my first outbreak 1 month back and i had taken a dose of valtrex on time, even my result very false negative (i had the symptoms and my partner tested HSV 2 positive). From past few days i was having wine everyday at night with some little bit stress too. I am now seeing 3 white dots which were fading away are coming back and one small open blister is back. It might be a little itchy but not painful. Can somebody tell me with personal exerience that is it the same way or it was because of wine that triggered it.

It might just be a reoccurennce or something that is exactly what I am seeming to going through ..

It's not painful but mine kind of hurts when I touch it ... Compared to my first outbreak it is simple .

They saying certain things can trigger an outbreak ..

    But .

I think it's a myth I've been through everything possible since I been having this life time disease and none of it has triggered me anything , I guess it differs for different people ...

You haven't had it that long at all .

You have HSV type one or two ?

They tend to come with warning signs so pray to God first then order olive leaf extract and lysine 2000mg then with her positive you well be ok

Alcohol was a trigger before I had enough antibodies. Recurrences can be very mild, even deceptively so, and usually last about a week.

Without treatment, that is. I'm not currently taking any meds. Had two very late nights out recently with alcohol and I was fine, but now I have a bad cold and I think I'm having a recurrence. rolleyes

Herpes is largely contained by your immune system. When you get run down or ill, you are more likely to have a recurrence, as your immune system gives it a chance to escape while it's fighting off something else.

Each person is different, plus I believe you've had it for a while. I'm still in the first year and am not any antiviral meds.
