Does anyone find there symptoms all come back? And glands come up every time your glands come up.

    Hi Rosanna,

Recovery for me definitely wasn't smooth and it was zig-zag, like I felt maybe I was making some small progress at times only to feel like I was hit by a tonne of bricks again! Just want to reassure that this is normal and eventually your body gets to a stage where the symptoms don't come back and you feel confident in your body resilience again - that day will come for you Rosanna I truly believe that in Jesus' name.

Hang in there and still believing in your recovery, 100% - you're going to get better and this is your year of recovery.

    Hi Rosanna,

I feel much better almost back to normal, I still have the occasional day when I feel a little down and sometimes have the gland issue, it just takes time.

      Hi Craig,

Granddaughter and I are coming out of it, still have tiredness but this is a small annoyance compared to last years nightmare. My daughter is still struggling.

How are you? I am hoping your back pain alleviates soon, my mother had great success with her pain management doctor and the shots she was given in the back for pain, it has been a little over a year since she had the injections.

      Hi Mono,

Oh really hoping the tiredness settles down, it does go with time and more energy does come back. Sending best wishes for you and your granddaughter, I know you have been through such a time of it.

Thanks for asking about me too, I'm hoping to get a steroid injection soon for my back, that is very encouraging to hear it helped your mother so hoping it can do the same for me!

Constantly sinus problems, skin is causing me havoc (dryness) and one gland feels like a GOLF BALL in my neck but the other has gone down fortunately. I am however feeling much much better than I was this time 3 months ago! Hope youre doing okay x

      Hey Po,

Oh that's horrible with the gland in your neck, yeah mines was like that well maybe not quite a golf ball but it was enlarged and it bothered me all the time - just to reassure that this does eventually go back to normal and is quite normal during and even after the virus.

Hoping that things continue to improve and that your skin and sinus problems settle.

Hey guys, hope you’re having a good week and feeling better in small ways.

I have become paranoid during flu season. This week I have seen improvements in my fatigue and just overall feeling a little better, I am afraid to go out and eat in a restaurant in case one of the workers is sick. My body is just not strong enough to fight ANOTHER thing, nor do I want to put myself at risk. So I’ve been avoiding people as much as possible until flu season settles down. My friend thinks I’m crazy and was laughing at me, but until you’ve felt SICK you don’t understand, right?!

It's totally understandable Van, when you're feeling the effects of the virus already the thought of something else like flu on top of that is almost too much to bear. Just the simple things like washing your hands regularly and stuff like that always something I try to keep in mind for killing germs. Hard to avoid when around people a lot though. Try not to worry hard as it may be I know, you will get better and God will guide and protect you I still believe!
