How should I cope with my joint pain ?

My joint pain is so bad at the minute and i don't know what to do? I've tried taking ibuprofen and paracetamol (even tried taking them together) and i've tried using ibuprofen gel but nothing seems to help.
Does anyone have any suggestions that work for them ?

I had similar pain and found no relief with over-the-counter meds or CBD in oral or topical formulations. I also started getting very painful shooting pains in different body parts. My doc prescribed Gabapentin 3x a day and that took care of that issue. My next set of problems, started with my getting headaches and sensitivity to light and sound. The list of things I tried without relief is long.
So, for 7-1/2 yrs. I have been battling daily mental and/or physical exhaustion as the main symptom of CFS/ME having found the only relief available in well timed doses of adderal. I eventually found I was getting some pretty good relief from most of the other physical complications of CFS/ME by vaping (91.5% THC). But the headaches were killer and I still woke every morning with aching joint and muscle pain that lasted all day.
My doctor prescribed Tramadol .5mg in the morning to get rid of the body pain and headaches, then .5mg in the evening to help me feel better and sleep better.
So, I am stable being held together by mind and body altering chemicals. But, it's working.

It is one of the many symptoms associated with CFS/ME.

I found that CFS and Fluoroquinolone Toxicity Syndrome had many similar symptoms.

Have you considered trying a health supplement? I take FortefiX Plus by Entity Health which supports joint health.

I had very expensive full body testing done at the Susan Samueli Integrative Health Institute at UCI for ANY AND ALL alternative treatments to help sustain the rest of my body since, even they admit there is NO TREATMENT for CFS/ME but they want you to "try" every possible vitamin or other SUPPLEMENT at Crazy prices because "Somebody felt better" after trying them for 6 months. There is absolutely NO Scientific evidence, testing results, or anything else but hearsay and hope as they drain your bank account and say, "try another of the unproven and very expensive alternatives to proven drugs".
They operate under the fear that "drug companies are crooks" and we just want to "help" people. Joint and muscle pain can be relieved using pain killers and anti-inflamatory drugs like Motrin. Symptoms can be helped, the underlying cause is not treatable yet.

Hi Anyax. When I last had a bad episode of ME over Christmas my back pain was horrendous. I came across some healing music (isochronic and binereal music) on YouTube which is free to listen. It helped me soooo much. Hope this helps u xx
