How the Hell is it SO hard to feel normal?

So. Please tell me how its impossible to feel like a normal person when you have anxiety. HOW is it possible to not think you're dying when anxiety and a heart attack LITERALLY have the SAME symptoms but you're just suopposed to shrug it off or rush to the hospital? Hm? I see thousands of people, friends, family with perfect lives. Never once seen them talk or act in ANY type of way that I do. Never seen them run away and hide because some disgusting fake pain or feeling is happening inside their body or brain. They just get to live great lives while I sit here everyday in a living hell.

What a joke. Sure, dose me up with the highest mg Anti-Psycho pills you got for me doc. I'll make sure to take them the rest of my life. I'll make sure to rely on a man made drug to feel like everyone else even though my arrogant body should already be that way. Welp, I'm laying in bed at 5:23 am typing this out as my chest has severe pressure, I'm dizzy, cold sweats and my body shaking. Dont worry, I wont go to the hospital, waste my time and rack up another countless bill. I just get to suffer instead.

Whatever.

I literally cant wait until the 20th when I have my first ever doctorate appointment and he hooks me on some meds. I've given in to it and would rather feel numb than this. I've had it with this constant fear of my own body. IM DONE.

Medications don't make you feel numb. I am taking Duloxetine, and I still have my feeling. Don't be scare to take medications.

Howie its understandable why youre so frustrated , but it dont help you , resenting your family for feeling normal doesnt help either. .. The main reason for anxiety / depression s due to imbalance of a body chemical . When anxiety comes on your body reacts in fear making the cause worse . The symptoms you just described are all listed with a vitamin D deficiency . Do you get plenty of sunshine howie ? Do you take supplements ? If not chances are you are deficient because you cant get vitamin D your body needs to function properly in foods . D is not only a vitamin its a pro hormone that helps your whole body regulate , including the brain functions ! Your upcoming doctor appointment on the 20th request a full blown panel of blood testing with all vitamin and electrolytes checked .

anxiety does not just happen , there is a reason ,. Studies have proven those that suffer anxiety , depression , palpitations , stomach issues IBS , gastritis , nervous stomach , shortness of breath , numbness , shaking , tingling , dizziness ,etc have a low vitamin D pro hormone .. With me i had those same symptoms ,a couple of nights the shaking woke me up . I had ,had blood work done prior but the vitamin D isnt protocol so it wasnt tested , i told my doctor i wanted a full blown scale ,thats when my deficiency was found .my levels were 19 , when levels are supposed to be anywhere from 40 to 80 . I have been on 10,000 ius almost 5 months , which i can feel a big difference . It takes a long time to replenish this pro hormone though yet still a road to recovery .. A person can have a deficiency a long time and not have symptoms then bam it hits ,as your body cant take it any longer .. So please dont give up , have your levels checked , for many that suffer have recovered , there is a light at the end of the tunnel .. Im praying for you howie and all of the folks on here as i KNOW there is also power in prayer !

i suffer from this. ask myself how everyone looks so happy and i feel like im about to fall off the cliff. i get the cold sweats and shakes and all else. i take small dosage of tranquilizers and starting to get off the little i take. when you actually wrap your mind around the fact that you are healthy your anxiety will calm down. i have had this 22 years. back then they just medicated you. find a good therapist who specializes in anxiety disorder. keep your mind on happy things. retrain your mind. i know how hard this is because i have lived it. fight to live i also have alot of faith. the best on your journey to stepping on anxiety.

I'm right there with you! I felt totally fine a few months ago, now I can't even have dinner with friends and live a normal life bc of this anxiety. Some days are ok but others are torture. I don't get the heart palpatations much, mine is more head preasure, dizziness, brain fog, head not feeling right. All tests have come back normal. It's crazy and scary what anxiety can do to your body. But just know you're not alone in this and those feelings can't hurt you as uncomfortable as they are. I would look into guided meditation videos to listen to before bed, practice breathing techniques to slow your heart rate down and look into other all natural supplements. I'd list some but seems like every time I do my post gets flagged and moderated. Best of luck and feel better soon!

Studies at Harvard has been proven anxiety is results of either a deficiency or a overload .. An overload meaning high levels of vitamin intake levels ,

Vitamin D levels are recommended to be between 40 to 80 level ,any under 30 is very low . Recommended dosage is 10,000iu daily , it take up to six months to replenish , can take longer to fully feel normal again . If the dosage isnt high eniugh ,your leveks stay low not doing any good .. Pamela yours is VERY defiant ...
