How to apply the steroid for VLS

I have VLS. I am unclear as to how to apply the steroid cream. Specifically how much of the area I should cover. My consultant did not explain it to me.

Hello Brenda, Well they told me to take about a pea sized portion on a fingertip and rub it in slowly, actually 90 seconds if you can> I can't rub that long. You should cover all affected areas where it is white or wrinkly. Coconut oil in between is a good emollient Best.. biscuit
