How to be happy if you really dont know what makes you happy?

I've been so stresssed and depressed with my life as early as 10 years old. And honestly, I never felt that i am happy with my life. When i asked myself, how can i be happy?
I really cant think of anything? I am too young to feel suicidal and to be so sad with life.. Is there anybody here who feels the same?

If you are having these suicidal thoughts then we strongly recommend you speak to someone who may be able to help. The Samaritans offer a safe space where you can talk openly about what you are going through. They can help you explore your options, understand your problems better, or just be there to listen.

Yes Edmund, there are millions of people who feel the same way as you. I know what it feels like because it has happened to me too.
Yes your way too Young to feel hopeless. There are many resources out there you could use to help you figure this out.
Sometimes We get a restlessness inside of us and we don't feel content the way our life is going.
Is there anything you enjoy doing? What are your talents? People who do things that they truly enjoy become very happy people. Happiness is not about obtaining material things. It's about having peace of mind and contentment and looking forward to doing things you enjoy.
Happiness is also about doing things for someone else. When we do that it gives us such a good feeling inside knowing that you helped someone or just brightened their day! Volunteering just a couple hours a week can make a person feel needed.
we all need a sense of purpose in life. We want to feel loved and needed.
Think about what your purpose might be.
i'm sure you have so much to give but you may not be aware of it yet.
if you are really struggling, speaking with a counselor would be a great idea. They say this every single day and know how to help. Many counselors are also life coaches who can help you move forward in life so that you are feeling fulfilled and happy !
