How to Come to Terms with Meniere's

Posted , 1 user is following.

I'm only 18 years-old and I was recently diagnosed with Meniere's disease. I have had vertigo for a month and a half, and I finally saw an ENT doctor about treatment. She put me on a diuretic and on a diet. The diet made me reduce my sodium intake among other things. However, the diuretic has made the nausea worse to where I can only eat salty soups, chips, and meats. So it's really a catch-22. It could take two months to work, but if it doesn't I'm going to have to start a steroid, which has crazy side-effects. I don't know how to do two more months of this. Does anybody have food suggestions that are easy to eat when really nauseated? I'm very sick of chicken noodle soup
