HOW TO CURE ANAL FISSURE QUICKLY...

Hi Everyone - I can tell you how to cure Anal Fissure's quickly...

Firstly, my experience was horrible just like everyone else. I have read that it can be more painful than childbirth! Mine started from an overly large bowel movement that ripped me in 3 places. The pain was so bad that i passed out on my bathroom floor with blood and feecies hanging out of me when i woke up. The doctor gave me suppositories and anasthetic cream but nothing was working. I have concucted a reigime that has cured it in nearly three days. When i read on forums that it can take a few weeks i said to my self 'There is no way im living with this pain for that long'! EVERYTHING HURTS.... Sneezing, Laughing, Coughing, Walking, Sitting, Lying down... the list goes on... follow these steps and it cleared up 3 days.

1. Your going to need a few things from the shop - The first is Anusol Cream (despite people saying its not as good as preperation H and other stuff its has worked wonders for this reigime and is designed for anal fissures and hemeroids. The second is COCONUT OIL (MAGIC STUFF).... Anchient chinese cultures still use this to heal wounds of all kinds and this really was the turn around stuff for me. Thirdly... Ibuprofen for temporary pain relief and lastly Dulcolax tablets... I will show you how to use all these products for a quick repair in a minute...

2. Psychology ... DO NOT sit at home and wollow in pain and sadness. Go to work, see your friends, live a normal life but be careful. Positive mentality keeps you relaxed and promotes healing. When i was at work i barely felt any pain because i was so distracted, but when i was at home it was constant pain. Make sure you do this, im certain this has really helped. Also do not be affraid to tell people exactly whats wrong with you, i have found great amusment talking to people about it and 6/7 of the people i spoke to had been sufferers too, its nice to know your not the only one and you can see them well and happy!

Here is my reigime that saved me:

1. The night before take 1-2 of the Dulcolax, it doesnt kick in until the morning but you need this so you dont damage yourself further. It is not a laxative it makes it all soft and squidgy and it just falls outta you. Minimal pain.

2. In the morning your gonna need to have a bowel movement, before you do. Run a bath and put a few table spoons of cocnut oil in it. (hot bath), then have your bowel movement. Mine was too painful to wipe so as soon as i finished i hopped in the bath and the water IMMEDIATELY relives the pain (BLISS).. and the coconut oil moisturises and heals. Stay in there for a good 10-20 minutes and then i promise you it wont be hurting as much now so now you can apply the anusol cream.

3. Before you head off to work or start your day, take 2 ibuprofen. After all this, it will sting a little but by day 3 you can barely feel anything.

4. Make sure you take your ibuprofen after breakfast, lunch and dinner. I had high fibre cereal for breakfast, water all day normal lunch and whatever for dinner.

5. Make sure you re-apply cream if you have a bowel movement during the day. I tried to just have one in the morning so i could not aggrovate my anus too much.

6. After dinner, take your ibuprofen, run a bath with coconut oil and just sit and relax for as long as you can (make sure you put NOTHING in your bath except the cocnut oil as soaps and stuff can dry you out and make it worse).

7. Before bed, take your dulcolax again drink plenty of water and get good nights sleep.

This regime has fixed me in 2 1/2 days pretty much which i found amazing (i think it was the cocnut oil, which stings like a bitch but is AMAZING, i doesnt numb pain but it promotes healing). I am so pleased to be living a normal life again so quickly as i thought i would never be the same again. It is really important you dont fester at home doing nothing as it will only make it worse, go out, see the world and forget that its there.

Hope this helps people as it has really helped me and i wanted to share this with others.

Hope you all feel better soon! Keep smiling and never give up!!

Peace & Love

I have a left fissure that flares up about 3 times a year.

    I take stool softeners daily.

I keep glycerin suppositories in my bathroom.

I use neosporin and dr. Butler fissure ointment as well.

I also try to drink 3-4 bottles of water per day.

I had surgery 5 days ago, and have been in pain since. I was under general anesthetic for a polyp removal, and they decided to band some hemorrhoids at the same time (I wasn't expecting this). It was all done via the back passage. I assumed all the blood and pain was due to the banding, but yesterday in the mirror I spotted what I assume is a fissure. I don't know why the nurses didn't think it was necessary to tell me, the doctor would have known what happened! I'm very grateful for the surgery though!

I bought some coconut oil cream today, and will but the oil tomorrow. I don't want this pain to continue for much longer!

I agree with all of this!

But the main thing is drink a crap ton of water all day long. Increase raw veggies and fruit. Decrease bread and cheese.

Diet prevents fissures and keeps poop super soft

I've said drink loads of extra water a day (2-4 pints) if your fissures are caused by hard stools, lots of times on here, but no one seems to take notice! It works! Stools can't go firm if you've enough water in your bowels.

Ever hear of the old saying, "An apple a day keeps the doctor away." ?

Well, from what I understand the fissure tear doesn't necessaraly go away, I've had one since I was in High-school probably because I wasn't eating right.

My sure cure to stop the bleeding, and pain during bowl movements within 1~3 days is to eat apple slices with the skin; I think the skin on the apple is what is most important (good fibre).  To keep it away all the time, I try to eat apple slices every day.  I love peanut butter so I like to dip the apple slices into peanut butter for a mid-morning snack.  When I forget about apples, it always comes back.  Sometimes several months go by.  I try to keep my diet full of veggies like: celery, carrots, spinach and I always put apple slices into my chicken or tuna sandwhiches.

If you're 16 years old eat apples and try to eat them all the time.  Maybe your fissure will heal and go away.  I have an apple slicer ($3.99) and I split the apple and put it in my children's lunchbox with their sandwhich.  Both my son and daughter have seen the blood in the toilet after I've had an issue.  Yes, when you have young kids they follow you around and ask a lot of questions.  I just tell them to make sure they eat their apples so they never see blood when they go.

I believe the fissure tear happened because of a large bowel movement do to not enought fruit and veggies in my diet as a teenager.  I have seen a specialist, I have had a colon scan and I've walked away from the doctor with a high fibre diet.  He told me to eat apples.  Avoid surgery.  He said this would help with hemroids too.  Apparently I had a small one, but he said it would go away if I ate a good diet.  That was 25 years ago.

    Good Luck!  Everyone!

One more thing, in addition to eating apple slices (with skin on) everyday, I don't recommend the stool softners.  Try the apples first.  The stool softner may help but just eat one.  Better yet, eat a piece of dark chocolate, yum.  Don't eat stool softners every day though.  Eat the apple slices.  I promise the blood, the burning and stinging, the feeling of knife blades passing through you will go away fast.  1~3 days if you eat apples.

To the low carb dieter I just read about.  Be careful, the meat and cheese may stop you up and bring back your fissure symtomes.  Add some apple slices and other good veggies like celary, carrots, spinach, onion.  Don't overdose on the nuts if you're trying to lose weight but do eat the nuts to get rid of the bad cholesterol when you're on the low carb diet.  Other good foods are dark chocolate - a natural stool softner (again, don't go overboard - you'll get constipated) and avacados, green olives.

Note: small doses of Nuts, dark chocolate, avacados, olive oil all target the bad cholesteral fat behind the belly.  So if you do eat low carb include one of these per meal or between meals.  (MUFA's)  Monounsaturated Fatty Acids.  Small amounts.

I tried everything Morris suggested here for about a week. It seemed to be helping a little but I still had extreme pain, especially when I had bowel movement. I did more online research and found out that wheatgrass cream (Dr Whetgrass brand) may help healing the fissure. I bought one and have been applying it for about 4 days, twice a day, along with coconut oil. Surprisingly, I started feeling much better. I think it did heal the fissure by at least 50-60% by 3rd day. I am going to continue using the wheatgrass cream. I set up an appointment with a gastroenterologist but he isn't available for another month so hopefully, I do not have to go see him at all. Fingers crossed.

Can I ask you how you applied the coconut oil. Was it the bottle of liquid or the solid white one. Thanks Debbie

Its a round jar, kind of think, but melts in the hot water. I also dabbed the oil on the fissue everytime i went to the restroom.

Rodge, Sorry for the delayed response. I used cold pressed organic coconut oil in a jar. I used a cotton bud to get a scoop and applied to the fissure, as deeply as I could go in  without aggravating the area. I put wheatgrass cream along with it. Before/After bowel movement, I put wheatgrass cream and then coconut oil. Fissure is gone now. I think the wheatgrass cream made a difference while coconut oil soothed and reduced futher cut.

Oh and one more thing. if you see blood in your stool, you might want to try taking some black peppercorn (you can get this from any supermarket). I don't know how it works and why but it stopped bleeding in a day. This also worked for my cousin. I did some internet searches and people say black peppercorn works as a coagulant. Hope it helps.

Thank you for sharing, I will definitely be trying it. I have been having issues with this on and off for about 5 years or so and I keep thinking that the issue has gone away and forget how painful it is, then it comes back and is like I can´t think of anything else but the pain. My doctor has adviced against surgery but the issue keeps coming back. Anyways, Anusol is not available in my location, but I'll see what replacement I can get. Glad to read you are fully recovered.
