How to cure frequent urination due to masturbation?

I am a 32 year old guy with a terrible condition. I have to visit the toilet almost every 5 min. I don't have to wear diapers because I can hold myself, but feeling the urge to urinate all the time is annoying and frustrating.

What's odd is that I visited many doctors and they told me masturbation does not cause frequent urination, but I am sure it did cause frequent urination to me. The reason I am so sure is that every time I masturbated my condition became worse and every time the urge to urinate took less time to happen. I also heard from several guys on the net that masturbation actually caused the same condition to them. My doctor says it is psychological, I know it's not. I am also not feeling any pain or burns.

I heard about keygel exercises, they say it helps. But I am so afraid of trying them because I also heard that if they were practiced the wrong way it would cause damage to me, like doing the exercise without going to the toilet. I need to know for sure, do keygel exercises actually work for my condition and which one of them is the right one for me and how should I do them without risk?

exactly same symptoms here. I had a growth on my prostate which inflamed the urinary system. I had a surgery to remove the polyp. unfortunately the doctor was an idiot who cut my bladder neck and my symptoms got ten times worse after surgery. If I were you I would get a cystoscopy by a good doctor and take it from there. as to frequency relief I find that hot baths help me.

I am experiencing the exact same thing as you describe it. I feel like the Doctors they really not aware of this as all of them seem to believe its impossible. But me I know 100% sure that this frequent urination is caused by masturbation and the addiction to masturbate has become so strong that now its difficult to come out of it. I have never researched much about this as I thought i was the only one or the first person to have this due to too much masturbation. I am relieved a bit to see that at least someone is confirming that whatever I am going through is real. Thank you also for sharing the information that the Kegel exercises can help with that. I will do too much research on that and try it out as well.

You could have neurogenic bladder if you've ruled out everything else. It can be treated by neuromodulation. PTNS is a form of neuromodulation that is recommended by urologists that has been successful in treating patients with overactive/neurogenic bladder.

There is also a method where you can try at home using a TENS machine, attaching the pads to the sacrum and perineum to stimulate sacral and pudendal nerves although this this requires a strong amplitude to be able to penetrate to these nerves. If you do decide to try this make sure you understand any risks associated.

guys all i'm saying is that i cured myself by buying one size larger underwear and pants. tight clothing may press bladder and therefore cause this issue.

i tried month long nofaps for nothing but sizing up my clothing for more comfortable and looser options helped pretty much immediately. i've suffered for so long that solution this simple made me almost feel stupid. after starting this experement with more loose clothing i've now been without symptoms for two weeks and have even masturbated nearly every day without issue ever coming back. i'm confident this was solution for good for me, hope it works for all of you too.

health and comfort comes first, try more loose and relaxed underwear and trousers! may god bless you all.

im a female with different causes to my bladder issues but same problem as everyone else of having to urinate alot and wake up every half hour to an hour at night sometimes cant sleep at all. doctor put me on oxybutinin and it not only made worse but i read that it can damage your bladder and make urinary retention worse which is what i have and what some of u may have to. so urinary retention, weak pelvic floor, diet, mental health, masturbation/sex and weight lifing are some of what i found to be culprits to my problem. nothing has really helped but im going to have to get sleeping pills so i can finally sleep i hope. I think exercising walking pelvic floor strengthening exercises and diet can all help and avoid weight lifting as it makes my problem worse.

thought id add my peniths worth. I have had this problem since childhood, and am convinced its due to masterbation, I have been masturbating before I could ejaculate, and have had frequency issues since way back then, there is also an element of physiology, as the urge regularly comes when I'm worried about not being close to a toilet.

I have had numerous tests and no cause or problem was ever found, I've taken medication which kind of helps, but drys out mouth, head and eyes, so gave up on medication.

for days after masterbation I wee about every 30 mins, after about 5 days the urgency decreases, until I do it again and am back 2 square 1, it's affected my whole life and rather than enjoying situations I'm constantly worried about where ill be able to wee, the pubs the worse,

I either give up orgasiming or live with constantly having 2 wee

I am suffering from same problem since 2020. Even if i don't drink water whole day, I feel need to go to toilet every 3-4 minutes. Urologist say I have psychological problems but psychotic medicine don't work.
