How to deal with mental health problems after quiting smoking?

Posted , 2 users are following.

I was a heavy smoker for 4,5 years, but some months ago I quit. I tried many different methods and only switching to vaping helped me. I bought this one to start with and first time everything was alright. But sometimes a feel anxious and depressed that I want to smoke a real cigarette at once. Maybe the problem is in consequences of long-term smoking or in the type of vaping device. Can you help me return my mental health back??

Vaping is considered as a smoking anyway. Wanting to smoke a cigarette is a normal thing, it doesn't mean you are not mentally unstable. Doing a great job Just keep it up
