Can yeast infection and bacterial vaginosis have the same symptoms? How to distinguish between them?

    Bv changes your pH balances and gives off a funky body odor no matter how much you wash, you still stank and feel unfresh. Yeast make you smell like fish and you itch.

    I was a little confused about my white, thick discharge accompanied by itching, burning and fishy smell. I thought it was BV but then was diagnosed with vaginal yeast infection. I'm using Fugacil antifungal cream and it's working well. Thanks.
