How to: Finding a way to get in contact with a inactive member?

Posted , 2 users are following.

Hi guys,

I have had a mystery condition for 5 years now. For the first time ever a week ago I found a story on this forum from someone who has an extremely similar story to mine, it is so similar in fact that I thought I wrote it! They actually posted there story over a month ago but have not checked back in since. Is it possible that the moderators could send an email to him/her letting them know that a member is trying to get in contact with them? As I can't see any other way of getting in contact.

Thanks,

Jamie

The mods ban people sometimes for being too outspoken. You'd have to ask them, yes.

If you go down to the bottom Help and frequently asked questions. But I assure you that there are many people here, including me, in your situation so don't worry too much if you can't find him. We're here. razz

Hi, if you can find the post then click the little envelope icon next to their name, this will let you send a private message to the user. (They must have enabled this setting). Hope this helps, Ben
