It depends on what is causing your vision to be blurry. It could be dryness in which I would use lubricating eye drops. (You can try these anyway if you do not know the cause). You could need a new prescription. Could have cataracts. I would start with the drops and see if you have impprovement, if you do not I would go to your eye doctor and have your vision checked.
