my penis been red and stressed for a long time without any improvement i believe its bruised no stds , what do u think?

Was one of the creams you used a steroid cream by any chance? I have seen this posted about a lot across online forums and I am convinced the problem is started by the use of a steroid cream which thins the skin. This is why the original problem (usually fungal irritation ) goes and a whole new problem arises altogether.

i used a steroid cream after one year of the problem so one year without a steroid cream did not fix it even after using the cream nothing happened

i used some creams prescribed by a dermatologist but nothing worked , i dont have any infections now but the skin is not healing itself

was it oral unprotected to? how do you know you got a yeast infection? you been tested for all stis including herpes?

it was oral unprotected too but i didnt get infected orally this what makes me wonder i also got tested for herpes and was negative i dont have any symptoms no burning sensation no pain nothing , this has been taking me down for a long time i wish i could figure what is it . i have a theory but im not sure anyway during that period of time i was on bodybuilding corticosteroids and when i had intercourse with this woman it was really hard all night non-stop i used condoms and then no condoms we used a lot of lubricant gel so i figured maybe all of that enhanced the growth of yeast on my genitals.

What age are you? Do you clean your penis with soap, shower gel and suchlike .... ?

im 31 now i have always been careful no hot water and no shower gel or anything to make it worse but nothing i do seems to be working

I think the only thing you can do would be to get the opinion of a urologist and ask questions along the lines of: should my penis actually look like this? Is this a normal way for a penis to look? and, is there any way to fix this? and, what would be the way to treat this?
You may also need to see a Dermatologist as well - I would suggest trying to get to see s Dermatologist that specialises in genital skin disorders as the more likely understand all the relevant issues related to genital skin and how to treat them.
And yes, they will likely prescribe topical steroids - I would emphasise to get any benefit from steroid applications they need to be applied correctly for sufficient period of time for you to benefit from them. The minimum time-scale I would suggest would be between 3 and 6 months
