how to know ovary pain?

How to know ovary pain between cycles?? And what is the cause?

I'm having pelvic pain between periods.. sometimes in my right side.. lower abdomen.. sometimes sharp and lasts few minutes... sometimes dull and achy... and sometimes lasts for days but comes and goes..

    Hi, I often have this too, but I'm pretty sure it's ovulation pain. it's about mid cycle, one sided and a brief/sharp pain that for me lasts a few minutes, but others I heard can last a couple days. If you're really worried than see a doctor but it sounds like ovulation pain

      The problem is that it lasts more than one day... many days. And sometimes pain just above the pubic bone

      I have also other problems in my period... like it comes late.. horrible pains ,blood clots, dark brown discharge for many days.. pain with urination and bowel.. so that's why I think about it.

      I had ultrasound and it came clear...but that was 8 months ago

      So can you help ?
