Address water retention problems, stay well hydrated and make sure iron levels are right..

i feel more like moving when I'm not bloated .Getting out and gardening is really good,i enjoy it so it really doesn't feel like exercise .Sometimes i will try running from a to b ,short little distances ,after a couple of weeks i feel more like tackling a longer walk.

Dancing to music in the house doubly good because it makes you laugh 😃

i have a personal trainer and use an app to count Marco to make sure i am getting all vitamins, protein etc from my diet . it takes hard work and understanding that fad diets or quick fixes do not work long term.

I use my fitness pal for the macros. i do in person session with a PT twice a week . They will be moving zoom as where I live has gone back into lock down. I was swimming twice a week as well. I have used a training app in the past called 8 fit but i personally prefer an actual person to train me. Hope this helps.

      thank you.

i basically need to start working out and moving my butt.

i was so good up until 2 years ago and the pain from frozen shoulder got me depressed and i just wanted to hide. then i just got pain on my left boob and i felt like i was falling apart .

but i get it now, just keep moving

yeah its hard but worth it. i feel so much better because of it. The reason i have a in person PT is he motivates to keep going and he so patient with all menopause and HRT issues. i also get a sore left boob i just learnt to ignore it.
