However as I have been working also part time and going out into the real world i feel as though my feelings and emotional health is being destroyed by everyone i trust or bide with. Where I give and care, everyone seems to hurt me endless times.

I don't know how to tough up and be able to stay happy? Please help

    Hi Adame,

Finding mental peace is not an easy one for those of us who suffer with mental heath problems.

I have had CBT, Counselling and Psycotherapy and the one thing that helped me most was meditation and Budhist quotes.

The one quote that sticks in my mind is 'To find inner peace one must accept all things'. My interpretation of this is to accept people and situations for what they are. Dont stress over them.

    Peace

Hi you can only trust loved ones or good friends with your trust and emotional health.  Is it these people who are upsetting you?  If it's work colleagues or acquaintances don't allow them that power over you.  These are people you have to mix with so just keep your real thoughts and feelings to yourself.

I have found there are also people out there who will have a dig just because they feel like it.  If you have to be in their company there are two ways of dealing with it - either just let it wash over you,  or develop a sharp tongue and turn it round on them.  x
