How to stop human instinct to have sex

Hello. I'm 22 years old man. I'm broke with my girlfriend 2 months ago ,and from that time I don't have sex.   And I want to have sex very much ,my mind just blowing .. I can't focus on my job ,can't focus on doing any task,because thoughts about sex just chasing me... Is there any way to suppress the human instinct to have sex, because I feel, because of that ,my overall life is falling down .

    I categorically would not advise any of these but to answer your question:

    1. Anorexia - If you get think enough you’ll loose your sex drive.

    2. Chemical Castration - This is used to treat paedophilia - Zoladex and Leuprolide

    3. Surgical Castration
