So I haven't been to the doctors for a check up since I was young and back then I was to embarrassed to bring this stuff up but since I was about 13 I've been pretty sure I have ibs, it used to mostly just be constipation I was always constipated and then like once of a month I would have terrible diarrhea for a day I would sweat my face turn white I would be so sick and when it happened I had to book it for the bathroom and then contipation all month I could count on my hands how many times I went to the bathroom a month it was awful, now here and there since then symptoms have gone up and down but mostly stayed similar to that but now all of a sudden every morning I wake up unbelievably sick to my stomache with really bad diarrhea and I probably have that pretty bad till like 12 in the afternoon and then there is nothing left to get out until the next day and now every time I eat it hurts my stomache and makes me sick to my stomache and I need help because I'm so sick of feeling like thissad

the first thing you must do is go to the doctor and get it confirmed that it is  IBS

You may have IBS.  Try a food diary to see if any food is triggering symptoms.  However, you must see your doctor and explain all your symptoms and don't leave anything out. You may be given tests to rule out anything else first before being given a firm diagnosis.

Hmm, I think this sounds like possible ibs but as I have ibs c I don't suffer like this so unsure. Go to your doctor and BEG for help, you need to know what this is.
