How to stop prostate bleeding (Emergency)

Please help! Any advice would be appreciated....
My dad has had an enlarged prostate and bladder for years. This was not addressed and he went and got a cardiac ablation last Wednesday (out of state.) He was supposed to only stay in the hospital for one night. But, because he had blood in his urine he had to stay longer. He's needed to have a catheter like 5 times and has been on CBI (continuous bladder irrigation) for days now. But he's still bleeding and having occasional clots in the urinary tract/bladder. I think it's coming from the prostate.
The urologist wanted my dad to get off eliquis (blood thinner) for 2 days then do a Prostate Artery Embolization (PAE), but the doctor who did his ablation said *absolutely not *because of the risk of stroke. (He had a pretty extensive ablation.)
We're hoping for a plan B and plan C to get my dad home. But little is being provided, other than the CBI (irrigation). So we'd like to suggest some alternatives.
Question: Is there a safe/effective procedure or another way to stop the prostate bleeding for an enlarged prostate that doesn't involve getting off blood thinners? Again, he's out of state and will have to fly back home. But he can't if he's bleeding and having clots.

Your father is in difficult situation .After ablation blood thinners are necessary for around 5 weeks or more. He may get better if the cbi stops because continuous irrigation might irritate the bleeding prostate. One thing you might think of is a UTI on top of all these problems. So a urine culture must be done and suitable antibiotic should be prescribed.
Even some urologist give antibiotic as prophylaxis in some cases. AB will dampen the irritated prostate and help stop the bleeding. On top of that your father must take avodart for his BPH but the AB is essential in this acute situation. A feedback is much appreciated.
Good luck.

His prostate is 7x what it should be. I think they're going to try a PAE (prostate artery embolization) tomorrow which should stop the bleeding and shrink his enlarged prostate. Hopefully it goes well.

Doing PAE without stopping the blood thinner or reducing it?
Normally operators are very cautious to do their works if patients taking blood thinner.. But in emergency cases like your father,s they must stop the bleeding . Let,s hope the best and good luck .
