How to take care of bartholin abscess after ruptured?

Hello sisters

After suffering 1 week of pain yesterday midnight my BC burst but still it has lots of pus and swelling. I tried to press if I can drain more but very small amount of blood with pus drained. Can anyone please help me if I can use turmeric paste there as anti-inflammatory and also if there is more then it can be come out? And how to take care of ruptured abscess at home? I don’t want to go to see doctor. Thank you all
