How to treat food aversion?

Hello,

I have a food aversion since I'm 4 years old, which was reinforced at the time by my parents beating me regularly to force me to eat. Since then, I haven't been able to eat most fruits, vegetables, and many other types of foods. I wouldn't call it a phobia as I feel mostly a strong disgust towards these foods. I've made a bit of progress over time and after a CBT therapy, but it's still very slow and I still can't eat in many restaurants.

I was wondering what other approaches I could try, what worked for others in similar situations ?

Thanks in advance

Do you have aversion to all types of foods items? What are your eating habits and how much do you eat of each item? What foods do you like or what foods are acceptable to you? What about plain fruit and vegetable juices and what about juices with pulp?
