How to use vinegar cider

hi does anyone know how I use cider vinegar in the bath or tub?

I'm sure its 2 cups but I'm not sure .

I'd also like to use it to clean my outside vagina .

    I used 2 cups in lukewarm bath water and bathed in it for 20 i did it a couple time but it made my symptoms worse so becarful.
