How do you properly wash and rinse your vulva? I have found that im sensitive to bar soaps, so I avoid those. I sometimes feel slightly itchy and feel like im not getting myself rinsed well while I shower. Im using a detachable shower head thats kind of powerful in the spray. Any tips?

Yes, my vulva is super sensitive and my doctor had me applying creams experimentally and washing off with unscented dove soap, and I had a bad experience with it. The vestibule is too sensitive for me to use bar soap. I found a foam vulva cleanser that I am more comfortable using.
Its the rinsing part I'd really like advice for. Are baths ideal? Or a different shower head?

I stand facing the shower head and make like a cup with my hands to catch the water and move my fingers to make the water splash all around. I hope that helps.
