hi. ive just recently stopped taking an anti depressant. day 7 with no pills. i also am trying to wean off ativan. i was taking 0.05mg almost everyday for approximately 3 months. dr said to cut in half for a week, which i did. not feeling the best. windering if i should continue on half or go 1/4 as dr suggested for a week? i am feeling quite agitated and shakey. any advice??
