How to withdraw after a month? Please help!

Hello,

I have been on Sertraline for around a month, i started with 12.5mg for 4days, then 25mg for 14 days and 12 days on 50mg.

Reason for withdrawal:

My blood pressure medication is unable to control my high blood pressure (170/104) since i upped dose to 50mg and is happening on 25mg as well, before that, my blood pressure was under control. Seems to me that i would be the unlucky one with the rare Serotonin Syndrome, beside that, my muscle are so tense that i can't walk the stairs and stomach is very constipated also panic attacks and intrusive thoughts came today from nowhere. Crying all day...horrible day... Propranolol doesn't work either to help me calm my blood pressure or adrenaline much and diazepam is just short term fix and makes me anxious even more when its effect wear off after 3hours.

I have a meeting with my doctor, but this doctor is not expert in psychotherapy, he is a GP and he probably point me to s quick stop. Therefore i would like to ask, if is it safe after just a month on mostly 25mg (use 50mg only for 12days) to go a cold turkey or should i tapper slowly? For the last two days i took only 25mg and today i skipped my dose... Most of the people in here sharing their experiences with withdrawal after a long term use, i can't find anyone with a month or so use of sertraline and then withdrawal experiences. I am very sad that this medication messing with my blood pressure and my blood pressure meds which are priority to function for me correctly, i was really looking forward that sertraline is the one which will help me with my health anxiety. Thank You for any information and help, this forum was always big help for me.
