How,tooth,ear ,head,pain

I have been suffering from bad toothache,jawpain,headache and neck pain from last 2months.it start ed with a ear pain and feel some abnormal airpassage between my both ear.i consultant ed with gp and taken antibiotics s and muscle reaxent.i am 34 yrs old housewife,CBC done everything fine,have hyperthyroidism recent results is TSH _ 9.the pain started with one side,but I have pain both side now the how's,both side of noseband head ( both side of eyebrows) night time it worsen I cannot tolerate with that if I took pain killer or not I noticed that the pain is releasing after 2or 3 hours. Some days the pain is only for one side then I can manage without taking any medicine,but it is in both side am become helpless,please find me any solution for this I have two small kids too,I consulted dentists too x ray taken the tooth was ok.taking thyroxin 100 mcq daily.pls help me,mainly I have no idea which doctor I need to see
