Hi people, i could do with some advice and no this isn't a joke. I have just started seeing a male counsellor which is better than no support but he is trying to find out why i am underconfident and still needing support. All my trust eas taken when I was raped, i need to tell him about this but am unsure how. Where would you start and what would you say?

Hi people just a quick update, my counsellor blew me out of the water today. He said he had some kind of emergency at home,do i believe him? What do i say to him next week something very profound happened today. Do i tell him? Will he listen? Would i upset him by asking for a drink? I hope not a drink helps my health because i have irritable bowel. If i don't drink my bowel ends up in pain. Help what would you do? Would you go back? Only been for # sessions so far.
