    Dear bella,

    These are fungiform papillae, which are small bumps located on the top and sides of your tongue. They give your tongue a rough texture, which helps you eat and also contain taste buds and temperature sensors.

    I don't see anything (I see red that looks sore)...rinse with salt and water.

    If you have cocunut oil it is perfect to add to the solution of salt and water....see if that helps.
