Hpv? normal? Someone help!!!

I have posted this before with not really any luck! there hasnt been any change and ive noticed these lumps for almost 2 months now! they only seem to get a tiny bit inflamed after sex. NO pain NO itching NO burning or anything.. posting picture in comments file size too big!!
