Hpv or herpes?? Help!!

I have these bumps (or warts) and I don’t know what they are but I do know that they itch and aren’t painful. Also, there’s an ulcer-like sore right in my vaginal opening.  I sometimes have pelvic pain when I pee.

    Go to your doctors and get a full panel test done.

    Perhaps some pictures might give us a better idea of the severity or nature of the issue. Anyhow, I hope it's nothing serious.
