Hpv or just Vp? PLS HELP

Hello all, the other day I realized some small white dots on my vagina and then I wanted to check my vagina in a more detailed way and saw some internal wart alike things inside. They are neither itchy nor painful. Don't know if they were there before but I haven't realized them until then. I am sure I don't have any sexual disease as I am tested regularly except hpv cuz I couldn't get tested for it, but I am really scared and anxious now as I also have endometriozis. I know that both endo and hpv rises the risk of cervical cancer which is making me literally anxious, please tell me something I am not able to see a doctor at least for now since I have to work 😦

genital warts needs at least 10 years to develop into cancer. but the warts are really spreading so see a gyno asap and nothing to worry about it's curable

You should get tested for HPV.

Mine are similar to yours. My pap test came back irregular, with signs of CIN1, basically HPV. Go to a Gynecologist soon so you can get that verified with them.
Your body will get rid of HPV by itself but certain medication will help remove the warts faster. You need a prescription for that.
