HPV positive

Hi, I tested positive for HPV DNA, but I have X strain (unknown).The doctor I went to didn't help me with much info, even asked me if I wanted to take medication.I want to know what is with this X type and if it's considered high or low risk and what should I do.Is there the possibility that the test was false positive?Is there a specific period in which I should take the test? My pap smear was normal, nothing to worry about.Also, can you give me some advice on immunity meds I should take? Thank you very much!
