HPV / Skin Issue

20(F) - These appeared after shaving. I shave often, sometimes in a back and forth motion.

I had a HPV scare 5 months ago, where a large raised bump appeared on vag lip. Painful, hard lump under my skin with a ingrown hair on top. Went to the Dr., was prescribed Doxycycline, which I had a hives reaction to & it cleared on its own. I have not had HPV or any type of STD before. The two bumps near my anus are not painful or itchy, nor does it has pus or bleed. Just concerned and I scheduled a appointment already, what could this be? MC?
