I noticed these today and am kind of concerned. I'm vaccinated for hpv and had smear a couple of years back which was fine. I havent had a sexual partner for last couple of months and we used a condom. what could have caused these to suddenly appear and should I be concerned? I'm not sure if they're just a bit irritated atm. They weren't there 3 weeks ago. Could it be a genital wart?

today they look more irritated and drier/whiter. hard to tell size wise as they seem to suddenly turn up

I suggest you make a doctor's appointment and get these taken care of. These are not skin tags.

doctor told me to self refer to sexual health clinic who dont have any appointments atm. do they look like hpv then? seems so unlikely with vaccine and using condoms

These do look like genital warts. Get them checked when possible.
