Is this HPV? If not, what it is?
It's on my leg and I had it for 4 months now.

Your pic isnt really close or clear enough to give a proper opinion. It looks like a mole. Leave it alone and dont pick at it. If it weeps,crusts, bleeds, gets larger, darker, or breaks into a sore then see a dermatologist or your doctor. If none of these happen then its probably a harmless mole.
