I noticed this in my upper inner thigh about 2-3 months ago.(its very small and soft). The doctor looked at it and said it was a skin tag due to my weight gain. Ive had couple of partners in the last year. All have been with protection. Last time I was reading an article about STIs and read that Herpes and HPV warts can be passed through skin to skin contact even if you wear a condom. What do you guys think?
