Is the cream from a pharmacy or a professional, if it is not designed for genital use it could cause more harm than good. Plus, have you had a formal genital wart diagnosis? The images here, although blurry so difficult to see, dont show obvious genital warts, there could be other causes for the spots that are shown.
Depending where you live, and if your GP signs up to it, you could easily get a video conference by 'livi' and send the images to the GP in advance. Thr wait time is less than an hour and they can send prescriptions too. This is only available in the UK, Im sorry, I dont know where you are based.

i havent been given a formal diagnosis, i just cant find anything similar to what they are whatsoever other than warts!
its SOMXL cream, which has good reviews so i had my hopes up!
im so uncomfortable and scared and hating every second of this, and my doctors are not offering online appointments whatsoever!

It does look like you shave, Im not unconvinced that the small white spots which I assume are you concern, are not ingrown hair, or simply an irritation or reaction to something. They dont necessarily look like genital warts. As always, hard to see in a single image, but I would always say discontinue the treatment if it is causing more harm than good which it appears to be here.

im not sure if the 2 images ive attached with the original post are visible to you properly? its the same lumps in the photo you've posted, as that was also my photo!
in the images above the lumps have gone a white colour and are surrounded by red sore skin which feels burned.

That really looks like mine. OB said they are warts from an STI and should take HPV vaccine. She put some liquid on it to kill the virus and now it looks white.
