HPV/ YEAST INFECTION

Hello, I noticed a little discomfort down there 3 days ago. 2 days ago my boyfriend saw the little lumps and we did the vinegar test to see if it was HPV (saw online). And then I went to a clinic, the nurse diagnosed me with HPV and gave me Adara to make the warts go away. However I’m not sure if it’s HPV, I’m waiting for an appointment at planned parenthood and the itchy is killing. The picture I took now and the amount of white cream at the entrance of my vagina is big, and it’s very itchy. I tried cleaning it but it doesn’t come out, just some tiny pieces that looks like cheese. It does NOT smell bad. Does anybody has an answer?

Most likely you have a yeast infection, which doesn't exclude the possibility that you have HPV as well. Your discharge description is consistent with yeast infection.

    UPDATE:

Doctor said it is an yeast infection, he said the lumps are probably vestibular papillomatosis, however just after i showed him pictures, he said this condition is not common at urgente care.

But then he agreed that due to yeast infection my whole area was too sensitive and this condition was developed
