HPV, yeast infection bumps, herpes, or vp?? I'm super freaked out about what this might be

So I currently have a yeast infection, I do have a gynecology appointment on the 25th. I noticed these bumps a little while ago and I'd like to know what it is?? I'm having super bad anxiety about it! I did have two previous partners recently both of which were unprotected. Which yes I know dumb move on my part. They both swear they're clean. But you never know..

i have something very similar, no doctor seems to be able to identify it, please let me know if you find out!

  no i dont have any skin issues other than these odd bumps or rash not even sure what to refer to them as anymore

It is just from the yeast infection no need to worry, its irritated skin.
