Best hrt in the market. Do I need to see a gynaecologist or a endocrinelogist for medication.

Your GP should refer you to gynaecology clinic. Have you had any blood tests. Would you mind saying how old you are. Just starting this journey went to GP and bloods confirmation awaiting gyn appointment next week.
