started hrt patches 8 weeks ago and have horrendous acid reflux is this the hrt?

Are you eating too much at night and going to bed before it has digested out of your stomach? I did that while holidaying. Soon learnt to not do it again. While I am using hrt, I would not say that caused it.
Even a bickie and cup of tea in bed before settling down has done it.

Yes most likely there is a correlation. i started bio hrt almost 3 months ago and just got hit with awful reflux 2 days ago. i know its the hormones because reflux was one of my first symptoms years ago when my own hormones started going insane.
i am very bummed out because i was finally starting to feel really well again and then this...
