Hrt

hi everyone i would like some advice if any one can help .

i had a total hysterectomy 4 yrs ago at age 44 due to fybroids and was put on Hrt patches . whilst using the hrt i still suffered sleepless nights , moods up & down and hot flushes.

i had a mamogram 3 weeks ago ( all clear ) but has made me consider coming off hrt so ive removed the patches .

i did some research on herbal replacement and purchased maca root capsules but at 2,500 mg per tab , but started with upset tum amd toilet issues, im thinking that they are to much of a high dose , so stopped them too as i have bowel trouble to start off with .

can anyone recomend any herbal stuff to take thats gentle but with good effect . thanks in advance
