Hi Jane, I have same symptoms and tried eostrogel for 5 weeks, but it didn't help. Maybe i should have given it longer. From what I have read, often HRT seems to be great for 'standard' symptoms, like hot flushes, but doesn't always help with things like this, joint & muscle pain, which are my main issues. Going to try find out more about bioidentical HRT. Meanwhile, I am using the ice packs from my wine cooler! Better than taking painkillers I find!
