    Hi

I'm not sure if you are Spanish, but your comment makes no sense whatsoever!

Are you trying to say You can get stuff in Spain or you can't, and what does that mean to us in the UK?

    Thanks

With all the difficulties getting HRT in the UK, I've ended up with various different brands of oestrogen only patches over the last 6 months. As far as I can see, they all contain the same active ingredient - estradiol - so as long as the dosage is the same, you shouldn't have an issue. I'd rather try a different brand than go without. Apart from when I tried a lower dosage patch, I've had no problems with the various brands I've tried so far.
